Commissioned by my lovely Blog Buddy, Kathy, I've created this little owlet to celebrate the birth of a sweet baby girl!
I'll be adding her name and birthdate to this piece, which is why I left some room at the top. I've had this little hatchling on my mind all vacation long....so, I am truly relieved and ecstatic to be in the final stages!

I Had a look at your ETSY shop to look at your pricing. My goodness you are a busy bee! I did my paintings as a silent auction so if any one wanted to pay more they could. the didn't of course but they could have!

Can I ask you a sneaky cheeky question. I was looking at your art in your shop and wondered what brand you used to get that amazing crackle effect on the heart piece. I so want to achieve that exact effect. Is it Folkart?

Cam, This little owlet is more than adorable! So cute I can hardly stand it! I have a question for you when you find the time - how can I put a watermark on my artwork like you do here? I have been wanting to know but my research has only turned up some seriously complicated results. Any direction you could steer me in would been so helpful!
